(More customer reviews)I bought this to hold my gel packets for my third marathon. It works pretty well. The pouch will bounce when fully loaded, but you get used to it. The pouch is removable for shorter races, so you can use just the belt. This is much better than pinning holes in your expensive race shirts if you run many races. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and I would buy another one. Highly recommended for any serious racer.
