(More customer reviews)The shoe says slim so obviously it is skinny so I ordered a size up. Well it came and fit fine but the back rubbed against my heel and left marks not to mention really hurt. I was going to trade in for a bigger size but no exchanges were allowed. So I returned them within a day of recieving them. The next day they arrived back to the company as I have a signiture to prove it. Then two weeks later I get an email saying they can only refund $15.21 of the $22.45. They gave this bogus explanation that made no sense:

"When you use a promotional certificate or other discount on your order, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as this amount was deducted from the original purchase. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order are returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies."

I did not use any certificate or special discount and told them that via email and have gotten no response as it has been another week passed.

I will never buy from these people again!
