Once the secret weight training device of Russians, US military and martial arts devotees, they are now in mainstream fitness.

Different DVDs are popping up from the GOFIT series to Gin Miller's version of kettlebell training. They produced fast results, but still felt like all my other strength training DVDs.

I saw Kettlenetics on TV and decided to give it a try. Michelle Khai is a former dancer who created a routine with fluid like movements and smaller weight kettlebells.She used her routines to help the Miami City Ballet develop strength and prevent further injuries.

I ordered all the Kettlenetics 5 DVD set with a 4 lb kettle bell and the 2 DVD 8 lb kettle bell from the original web site. (Now you can only by these configurations from [...].)

I really enjoy the fluid body movements (which feel like dancing with weights) and the way my body feels after each workout.

This Kettlenetics kit (distributed by GAIAM) includes a 4 lb kettlebell, a small weight loss guide and three workouts on two Slim & Tone DVDs.

This is great for anyone just beginning to workout with kettlebells.
